You may keep the dumpster for up to 15 or 30 days as part of your rental, allowing ample time to complete your project without feeling rushed. If you need additional time, please let us know and we’ll be happy to review extension options with you.

Delivery timing depends on availability, but we’re often able to deliver a container the very same day! In most cases, you can expect delivery within 24 hours.
 

Yes, the following is a list of restricted materials that cannot be disposed of in a dumpster:

Absolutely No hazardous waste, dirt, concrete, industrial waste, chemical products, herbicides & pesticides, radioactive material, solvents, paint (except completely dried latex paint, no liquids), flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission fluid/lubricating/hydraulic oil/oil filters, antifreeze, appliances, petroleum contaminated soil, lead paint chips, tires, batteries, computers, monitors, televisions, microwaves, fluorescent tubes, railroad ties, medical waste, asbestos, barrels, animals, all liquids.

We recommend protecting any surface where the container will be placed by using 4' x 8' sheets of plywood.

Please note that, according to the rental terms and conditions:

"The customer affirms that any private right-of-way provided for the container is sufficient to support the weight of all equipment and vehicles required to perform the contracted service. The customer assumes all liability for any damage to private driveways, pavement, lawns, or any other part of the container placement site. Evans Services, LLC is not responsible for damage to private surfaces, subsurfaces, or adjacent areas related to performing the contracted service."

Keep in mind that the truck and equipment used to deliver your container are large and heavy. Unlike personal vehicles, they require extra space for turns and maneuvering. Using plywood on surfaces that could be damaged, such as lawns or softer ground, is strongly recommended to help prevent any issues.

You need to call or email for pickup. We will not pick up any container until asked to do so by the customer. Simply call or email us at 262-422-1862/Evansservices.info@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance of your desired pickup day. We will do our best to meet your requirements but the availability for pickup will be dependent upon our schedule.

You don’t need to be on-site for container delivery or pickup. To make things go smoothly, please provide clear instructions about where the container should be placed. Marking the spot you want is very helpful. The driver will place the container in the safest, most accessible location based on your instructions.

If no one is available during delivery, you’ll be responsible for any charges if the container needs to be moved. For pickup, please make sure the container is easily accessible. If the container can’t be reached, extra pickup charges may apply.

If the driver arrives for delivery or pickup and the container isn’t ready, a trip fee of $150 per visit will be added to the original quote.

Choosing the right container size can be challenging for a few reasons. First, we haven’t seen the amount of material you need to dispose of, so it’s difficult to know exactly what size will work best. We also want to avoid recommending a container that’s too small, which could mean ordering an additional one, or too large, which might feel like an unnecessary expense.

To help ensure you have enough space, we recommend slightly overestimating the amount of material. Please review the container specifications carefully before placing your order.

Please consult your local municipality, as permits may be required. Obtaining the appropriate permits and complying with all local regulations is your responsibility. These requirements often include installing flashing barricades around the container.

Our service is based off local zip codes.  All the zip codes listed do not incur a delivery fee.  We are happy to serve outside communities however, a delivery fee will be applied.
